it is better to submit a complete package.why? because it takes time for St. Lukes to transmit the result to the CEM so come to think of it, if their done reviewing your app but the medical is missing, they have to notify you and all that echusness. then st lukes will have to transmit the result to CEM and God knows how long it will take. to make the long story long, it will add more or less a month to your processing time. it is up to you if you want to wait a month more.

There is a form that says appendix C. you have to bring it with you to the accredited clinic and they know what to do with it.

you are most welcome i am not sure kung meron pang iba aside from st lukes. Here is a list ng accredited na doctors http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx
just chose the country and it will give you a list.

1) For the Philippines
The following original documents are required for you (principal applicant, regardless of age) and for each of your dependent children, if applicable:

•Marriage Certificate
•Death Certificate
•No record of marriage (CENOMAR) or Advisory on marriages

These documents must be issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO) and printed on NSO paper.
If ...a birth, marriage or death occurred in another country and is not registered with NSO, then provide the original certificate issued abroad.

Who among you here got married in other countries as well and did not register their marriage at the NSO? Were you asked to submit an NSO Advisory on Marriages?

Hi everyone. I would like to share that CEM is pretty fast in replying my email and I feel soooo relieved now. I sent an email on a Sunday evening. Received a reply in a few minutes acknowledging the receipt of my email (automated reply). Yesterday, I got another reply (automated I think), that my case is still within the normal processing time. And just now, I received an email stating "We have noted your email below. Kindly forward to our office the following instead:
· Original NSO Certificate of No Marriages for you."

For those who were married abroad, don't worry if your marriage is not registered with the NSO.
