Hello everyone can I join here ...well I'm also waiting for my PR ...and my passport is already in Canadian embassy in Manila ...we applied last year October 2012 ...because of the strike that's why it took so long ... Is same anyone same in my case?

i am also waiting for my passport, it's almost 2months now when cem recieved it, when was your ppr?

yung bang letter niyo sa PPR, aside from application number indicated, meron din bang UCI number na nakalagay sa left side ng letter?

hicwe have the same case. i am also an october pplicant. CEM has had my passport since end of May. Im actually worries because my medical will expire mid Sept.

no I think you should wait until you get your husband here,,,,,applying for that takes time,,,,get your application in as quick as possible,,,,be thorough don't forget the AOM,,,,apply for a quick release of marriage certificate,,,pay a little extra 500 or 600 pesos,,,,,with the visa officers striking it would probably be a while getting a new pr card,,,YOU DONT HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR NAME,,,,,LEAVE YOUR HUSBANDS MEDICAL TO WHEN YOU ALMOST HAVE ALL THE OTHER DOCUMENTS,,,,,THAT WAY LESS CHANCE OF DOING A REMED AFTER 1 YEAR,,,,HOPEFULLY YOU WILL GET HIS VISA B4 THE 1 YEAR EXPIRY ON HIS MEDICAL

Do medical 1st it should be included with the application.. If you didnt put it with the application it might cause delay

YEP SAME AS I WOULD OF SAID,,,,,,BUT HOLD OFF TO WHEN YOU ARE ALMOST READY TO SEND YOUR APP,,,,,YOU JUST PICK A DOCTOR ON THE LIST OF DOCTORS THE CEM HAS ALLOCATED TO DO THE MEDICALS

NO YOU DONT NEED A MEDICAL REQUEST, JUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO THE CLOSEST DOCTOR ON THE LINK,,,,ILL TRY TO FIND IT OR IF SOMEONE ELSE KNOWS WHERE IT IS COULD YOU PLZ POST IT

Sana nga ganito din sa VO natin para atleast may sign man lang na ginagawa na nila yung application natin.
