Basta sure na nasend mo sa CEM ok na yun bro. Try to check ECAS din nilalagay nila ung medicals received dun sa part ng principal applicant. Bro, kung January yung SA, bilang ka mga 5-6 months from that date.. So baka mga July or August bro unless bumilis pa ang CEM.

hello new user from Canada, sponsoring my wife from Phil. with some questions about processing times and topics here.
downloaded and filled out the application package and sent to CPC-Missassauga in October 2012, received notification of decision/approval and CPC sent spouse application to Manila. Application received in Manila Nov.9 2012 but have not heard anything since. What happens now, i cannot contact any offices in phil and the VAC doesn't track applications. it has been over 5 months and no updates at all.

Also, i see here people talk about getting PPR and med but in our application package those are already required documents.... copy of her passport, medical exam, birth cert, criminal record check, marriage license, proof of relationship, etc. We filled out all applications correctly and sent all required forms and documents with her application package. I think the only next thing needed is the interview, yes?

The next step is Canadian Embassy Manila will send your spouse a notice to submit her Passport (Passport Request = PPR).
5 months waiting is within estimated processing time of the embassy. They estimate 12 months now.
After PPR, they will send your spouse's passport back with a VISA issued on it.

Bale ng pinadala ko yong medical last week nila nreceive ong 2nd copy tpos yong result mula s st Luke's d p nmn alam kc Ngyn plng nag 2 weeks after ng magmedical ang asawa ko kc April 3 sya magmedical ,gun b mga 5-6 months sna nga IAY mapabilis n dn ng magkasama n km ng wife ko,slmat ulit IAY

oh no wla pa rin yong visa ko guys,hindi pa rin dm yong status ko sa ecas,medyo nagwowori na ako kasi malapit na ang may 15 expiration ng medical ko...

Same tayu sis.... naka kaloka mag check ng ecas kya dina aku ng checheck wait ku n LNG hubby ku n sya Balita ng good news hehe
