Okay lang po. Right po ng permanent residence or Canadian citizen na sponsoran yung immediate family member nya. Maganda po kung may stable income ka or job kasi may nakalagay po sa undertaking ng sponsor na need niya support yung ssponsor nya(di ko na po matandaan kung ilang taon nya need supportahan eh). Paki basa na lang po dun sa cic.gc.ca/english nandoon po yun eh.

Regarding dun po sa anak nyo okay lang po yun yung wife ko rin nung umalis kasi sila nung older son ko buntis pala siya. So nanganak siya dun tapos after 2 years umuwi sila tatlo dito we got married and iniwan sakin yun bunso since canadian citizen sya no problem sabay kami pupunta dun or rather sya babalik hehe gagawin nyo lang like mine di pa kasi kame same ng surname ng anak ko mag-aaply ka dyan ng birth certificate ammendment na ilalagay yun father. Para sabay sila.

^ Saka pahabol canadian citizen yung baby mo diba? Mag papass pa lang po kayo ng sponsorship? I-declare nyo na po yung anak nyo dito sa immigration. 6 months lang po kasi yung palugit nila bago maka-alis, para maliit lang babayaran niyo sa imiigration. Yung anak ko kasi mag 2 years na sya dito sa pinas sa april eh mag 20k na utang nya sa immigration kasi di namin sya na declare. Kaya bayad kami ng extension nya hanggang (hopefully) makuha ko yung visa ko.

Di naman po required na papalitan mo na yung surname ng anak mo para maisama siya dyan ng husband mo. Mas maganda nga na di muna palitan kasi mahaba process at dami need saka mga authentication. Ang gawin mo lang kukunin mo yung original na birth certificate ng anak mo dyan yung maliit? Yung parang ID lang saka yung katulad dito satin na parang long bond paper. And then kukuha ka ng form (nakalimutan ko na kung ano form yun eh pinadala lang kasi sakin ni wife ko) sa parang NSO dyan na birth certificate ammendment something tapos ipapadala mo yun sa husband mo need nya fill-up yun and original signature nya na ilalagay sya sa birth certificate ng anak nyo. Para pwede sya ilabas ng bansa ng husband mo.

JUst received email from CEM. Hubby just had his PPR. I wanted to shout with so much joy but it's already 10:30 pm here.
Timeline: Application received: July 9, 2012
SA approval:Sept 19, 2012.
Good is so good all the time. All praises to Him.

hi guys..we got our ppr this morning..im sooo happy..
kailangan lng nila is yong AOM namin which is kukuha pa ako bukas tapos 5 days ko pa makukuha from NSO..im so thankful ni Lord..may question po ako:
kasi sa additional requirements that they asked are only the following: appendix A, AOM and passport ko...but appendix B was also attached in their email..so meaning magse.send na naman ako ulit ng pictures?if yes, how many pics do i need to send?

Thanks a lot for the response guys. Hi DexHaz! Yep they are requiring me to submit the AOM together with my passport. Does that mean that my only option is to send my marriage certificate back home and just give an authorization letter to a relative? No AOM issued online, right? Thanks thanks thanks......

I see your delima here godsmack0918. You were always single in the Philippines. You are currently residing in Canada via work permit and gotten married to a Canadian citizen. So your aom/cenomar may say you are still single. You sent your application outland to Manila. Am I understanding your situation correctly? I see that you have two options here:

1. Fill up the cenomar/aom online and since you were single in Philippines, it will give you a CENOMAR instead of AOM. Attach a letter of explanation for this.

2. Send your Marriage Certificate from Canada to a relative in Philippines along with authorization letter that's duly notarized by a Philippine Consulate in Canada so they can request an AOM in NSO for you.


If I was in your shoes, I would do the online CENOMAR application especially because your marriage was in Canada and not in the Philippines. Just to ensure that they understand your situation, send your passport, CENOMAR and attach that letter of explanation along with your Canadian Marriage Certificate again.


In the meantime while awaiting response from CEM, you can do option 2 just incase CEM will not accept the cenomar and your letter of explanation.

Regarding dun sa number of family members nakalimutan ko na kung yun buong bilang ng family member yun or yung immediate lang, wait na lang natin yun response ng iba. Oo need ng 9 pcs canadian passport size ng each family member na ilalagay or dedeclare mo sa application mo. Label mo each picture ng complete name.

Hi folks,

Has anyone here ever heard of a situation in which an applicant, after submitting their passport and meds, later got Decision Made AND their home address in ECAS changed to a Canadian address, and when their letter came it was a refusal? I ask because my wife's status was DM and her address updated to Vancouver at the end of last month, and she still hasn't received anything in the mail. She needs her passport to go to Malaysia this weekend for business. CEM is not returning emails even when I put PASSPORT NEEDED FOR URGENT TRAVEL in the subject line, which is what the embassy staff told me to do when I called them.

Somebody on another discussion board suggested that if it taking this long, the address change may have been a mistake and she has actually been refused. Is that likely?

I think the waiting is making me paranoid...

I think there's one case;

its BERSAMINANGIE from DM she recieved a REFUSAL LETTER. Its on the MANILA VO SPREADSHEET you can check it she's a 2011 applicant.
