Kaso nag-rereview kami kanina ng hubby ko via Facetime ng ibang parts ng applications. Kaso yung iba di rin siya sure kung paano gagawin.
So I will again ask for your expertise mga friends.
1. Under ‘Schedule A Background / Declaration Form' and ‘Sponsored Spouse / Partner Questionnaire'.
Napansin ko mga sis na may ganitong mga tanong:
“Provide details on number of attendees. Indicate if your sponsor, your sponsor's family members / relatives and your family members / relatives attended and if not, why not. If insufficient space, use separate sheet of paper. Attach photos, if any.”
My dilemma mga friends ay... wala po ang mom ko sa moment ng ito ng aking buhay. She is not deceased.
Matagal na po separated ang mom and dad ko. Confidential po ang reasons pero ang masasabi ko lang po ay, di na talaga sila nagkakasundo at mas umayos ang buhay ng pamilya ng magkahiwalay sila.
The thing is, nawalan po kami ng communication with mama for years. So wala po sa amin ang nakakaalam kung nasaan siya ngayon. I'm getting really worried that this might affect my application. Lalo na since, under ‘Background / Declaration' form, wala akong mailalagay na ‘Date of death, if deceased' under mother's details. I'm thinking this might pose questions since my mom is not with us during the engagement meeting, not in my wedding list, etc.
Am I getting paranoid that this might pose a threat for approval? My hubby said you... “You can tell them the truth na separated na sila (my parents) for years and you lost communication. Besides, it's not your mom I am sponsoring, it's YOU. And you don't have any criminal records and such. You're clean. You don't have to worry about anything.”
Tama po ba and mindset ng aking hubby? Am I worrying for nothing? I just want to put my head (and heart) at ease. Napa-praning na ako. Hehe.
2. Question for ‘Background / Declaration Form'
Tanong ko mga friends. Sa item #1, it asks for:
Your Full name:
Family name [ input field ]
Given name(s) [ input field ]
= Sa Family Name, lagay ko yung Maiden surname ko or my Hubby's surname?
= And then sa Given name(s), I put in my whole name minus the surname?
= Sa item #2, it asks for ‘Your full name written in your native language or script'.
= I guess kung ano ang masasagot nyo sa question ko sa item#1, yun ang masusunod dito. Ehe.
3. Regarding Passport
Napansin ko po may forms humihingi ng passport details. Napag-isip ko if need ko magpa-renew / update my passport para lumabas ang aking new surname. Kailangan pa po ba?
4. Under Generic Application Form for Canada
May nakita po akong areas asking for UCI and NID.
Ano po yung UCI?
As for National Identity Number (NID), eto po ba ay mga government IDs like SSS? Kung gagamit lang ako ng isa ano ang pinaka-magandang gamitin?
