I have question regarding LTO Certificate with DFA Red Ribbon.
I am planning to go to LTO East Avenue for the Certificate.

But I am still waiting for my Passport with Visa as of now.
Do they require my visa to issue the Certificate with DFA Red Ribbon?

I just want to compile all my documents to be ready before my visa arrived.

Hi MGM

You can apply and get the driver's license certificate without the passport or Visa. Im just not sure as to the validity. i got mine back in May although until now I am still waiting for the passport and visa.

May natanggap na po ba kayo na AOR or PPR mula sa canadian embassy sa manila?

Pwede nyo ho syang icorrect kapag nagkaron na ho kayo ng application number galing sa CEM VO- visa office gamit po ang application number you can send email for any corrections like addresses, job info, mga wrong spelling na names

Regarding the LTO Certification, I will double check what I have and if it has an expiration.
