kami June nag start process procedural fairness last email nila, nag send kami ng lahat ng pwede namin isend para pumasa application nag punta din ako sa immigration consultant tinulungan ako and all na submit naming with in the time frame pero wala padin kami narinig from them nang hingi kami update and status ng application last august sabi lang samin they would appreciate our paitience hehe. tapos di daw nila pwede sabihin on which part of the process na sila.

to everyone who have been messaging me asking about sa application namin, super hirap magrespond noon sa mga messages kasi i really dont know what to say and it came to a point na nag break down na talaga ako feeling ko wala na pag asa since under article 34 marriage namin without us knowing, just want to let you all know na we are still hoping for good news. its been 4 months but we are not losing hope. gumawa lang kami ng sworn statement with the help of the immigration consultant, nag pasa kami red ribbon documents namin. nag consult din kami sa lawyer sa pinas binigyan niya kami ng advice proving na marriage under article 34 is legal in the Philippines, and on the statement that we sent story yun ng relationship naming ng husband ko since when we started dating so talagang mahaba pero lahat ng facts nandun basta nilagay lang namin lahat ng totoo. kung ano man maging decision ready kami basta we did our best at sinabi naming lahat ng totoo.

Kailangan iprove na magkasama kayo at least five years bago kayo ikinasal ...pag hindi sila convince baka interview ang next step so good luck !

ang d ko maintindihan pag nag live-in na kayo for 5 years, bat pa kayo mag-a-apply ng spousal sponsorship under married? eh pwede namang mag apply na lng ng common law, dba? mas madali pa ata ang common law eh. curious lng ako pag meron na ganito na lng ang ginawa instead.

mas mahirap maaprubahan as common law mas madami silang hinihingi masyado
eto lang naman kailangan nilang patunayan na magkasama sila ng limang taon bago sila ikinasal ...sana nga lang kumuha sila ng lisensya para di sila napunta sa article 34
