I just want to ask if I forgot to put the File no. on my files, what will happen?

The canadian immigration emailed me last aug 11, 2014 asking for my passport and my daughter's and some additional forms. I sent them the documents on September 4 and received by SG BERONIA on September 5, 2014.

Our lawyer who helped us process the papers said wait about 7 weeks.

After almost 3 months of waiting, the canadian immigration emailed me again November 25, 2014 asking for our documents.

Please help me.

You can reply telling them that the documents were sent on the given date,
and also that your tracking shows that they were received by SG Beronia on September 5, 2014.

They do not need the file number to locate a file,
the name can get them to the file also,
but looks to me that they may have misplaced the documents....

In any case, if they are not asking for passport again you may send the forms requested one more time,
but if they are just asking for documents it may mean that you did not complete them properly,
this time you need to be extra careful and read every single question and answer according to the questions,
In some case that is the problem, incomplete information in the forms and you need to send new forms,
hopefully this will be the case.

Nice stats Awesomeg! Here in Quebec, we say that the last place you want to be in winter is Winnipeg ;D

One January I saw it go from plus 5 degrees Celsius to minus 40 in one hour. I don't care where you are that is darned cold lol

I was in Quebec city one rebrand it was minus 40 too so it is cold there too lol. Difference is the constant wind in Winnipeg. Nothing to stop it across the prairies

Hi everyone! I hope you could help me, we are May 2013 applicant and CEM is holding our passports since December 2013 Ecas: in process since Aug 2014. We are trying to follow up but didn't receive any reply from them, we even ask if we need to do our medical again because it was already expired since May but still no reply. Can we apply for visit visa? Coz we promised our son to go out of the country for vacation kya lng we cant kasi wala passports namin kya we are just thinking if canada bound na lng kmi magvacation. TIA

Gggrrrr after waiting over 3 months on in process they ask for my daughters medical. They couldn't do that when they asked for my wife's medical. What a bunch of clowns

yes kelangan dumaan sya sa 10 days posting rule.. ako nga dpat 1 week lang uuwi c hubby kaya lang dahil kelangan nila i-keep for 10days ang marriage license npilitan maghanap ng ibang work c hubby para makatagal sya ng stay dito sa pinas. You also have to undergo family planning seminar, I think requirements yun pagkuha ng marriage license, ako kasi na exempt ako dahil daw nurse ako. kumuha kami ng marriage license the day after he arrived and nakuha naman yun license a day before the marriage. kung early pa dadating c hubby at office time pa, kung d hassle diretso na agad kau ng munisipyo para magfile, yun eh kung ok lang at makakakuha ka in advance ng pre-counselling ng family planning (not sure kung yun nga tawag).

I think monday thru friday lang.

Actually I went to City hall and explained to the girl staff at the window yung situation namin ng boyfriend ko.. Sabi niya possible daw pero syempre may padulas yun.. Humirit sya "basta dalahan nyo kami ng chocolate ha".. Take note. Staff ng LCR ang nagsabi nito.

Eto raw gagawin namin:
Dec 18 pagkarating ng boyfriend ko didirecho na kami sa cityhall to submit cenomar, birth certificate and fill out the application forms. Same day na rin kami attend ng family planning seminar. By Dec 29 or 30 daw irerelease na nila ang marriage license namin. That's 10 days na pag included ang weekends (sat and sun) sa bilang. They can refer us to someone who can officate our wedding rites on Dec 29.

Pwede ba to mga sis? Kung dec 18 application tapos dec 30 ang release ng license, that's 10 days naman pag included ang weekends sa bilang..

Or dapat ba 10 WORKING DAYS?

Dat is d rules nowadays, it also happened to us ng husband ko, xempre in order for you to get what you want you will also consider those persons.. Dapat nga weekdays ang bilang and it is 13 working days p.. Grab mo n kesa mahirapan k..

Pasado kaya sa canadian embassy itong gagawin namin? Mate-trace kaya nila na minadali ang processing ng marriage license namin? Kasi puro holidays this december kaya talagang konti lang ang araw na may pasok sa gobyerno. Pero masusunod naman namin ang 10days posting eh (if included ang weekdays sa bilang). We're still gonna wait for 10 days before we get married. Are we breaking any rules/law sa gagawin namin?
