Got an email from CEM today... and I was like feeling cold and sweaty when I saw it. The visa officer was not convinced that my wife (the sponsor) will go back to Canada after my permanent resident application is approved. Therefore, the officer needs additional proof that we will eventually go back to Canada once the application process is done. We are given 45 days to send them the documents. For everybody's information, my wife and I are living together in an Asian country for years already (
) but since she is a Canadian, she is qualified to sponsor.
The email may sound negative but on the positive note, I am happy because it means that my application has already been looked into despite the fact that I just only sent my passport last week...
To make it short, I booked my wife a flight to Canada by the end of October and told her to find a place and job there..hehe.. God is good all the time though no matter what the consequences are...
