it depends on where you live,,,,if your near manila or on another island,,,,it only takes 3 days for dhl to deliver,,,and I don't think you have a choice unless manila calls you to come and pick it uplizzyhir said:

I don't think you have the option to choose. In some cases DHL just arrived at their doorstep without any notice, others got an email from CEM to personally pick up their passport (need to show temporary flight booking). It's not really a choice, it's more on what CEM wants you to do.lizzyhir said:
