The reason po ngchange/ update ako ng passport is kasi po pa- expire na ung passport ko. Nabasa ko po kasi dun s country specific guide na dapat valid siya 18 months prior to application. Kaya ipaparush ko na lang din po passport w/c is 7 working days daw.

Nasip ko rin po na last ko na rin po talaga ipprocess ung medical before we submit the application kasi I've heard need po ang passport pagpunta sa accredited nilang clinic/physician. By the way, ok po ba sa IOM sa Makati magpamedical? Naka attend na po ako ng GCP Seminar s CFO kasi required po ung certificate po for renewal ng passport. Sabi nung iba doon n may visa na at paalis na, hindi raw po maganda sa St. Lukes e.

Gort just think about this, when your wife is talking to other filipinos does she always speak english? We just love to use our native language when speaking to other filipinos. We can and we will speak english when we want to talk to english speakers.

I truly hope you wont say speak english in your wife's face when shes using tagalog. Well, anyway, congrats to you and your wife for getting her visa.

It is truly comforting to speak in your native language or hear someone speaking the language you grew up....especially in a foreign land. I hope some people would appreciate that and will not take it as something disrespectful or whatever! Well, just saying...

We can speak english anytime we want to, why don't you speak our native language so you could understand what we're talking about? We can always speak whatever language we want to use wherever we are? Besides who are you to talk to us that way?

People here in the forum are so helpful to us even if we speak our own language, NOT BOASTFUL and seemed to be SOMEBODY...

If you can't understand our language it's not our problem it's yours...

It's NICE to be SMART, but it's BETTER to be NICE...

Clinic po. Acceedited clinic po ng cic, to be specific accredited physician po. IOM is located in Makati. If wala naman po problema sa labs and cxr, w/in the day matatapos din naman po. You will start counting the days starting you had the medical to the time ma forward nila sa cic/cem. Hth

Can you tell me the address Sis, ano exactly ung clinic? what do you mean by IOM? Malapit ba to sa Makati Med?

Ito po yung address ng IOM sa Makati:
IOM Manila Health Centre,
15th Floor, Units A&B Trafalgar Plaza,
105 H.V. Dela Costa Street, Salcedo Village, 1227

For canadian visa applicants daw these are their fees in php per person:
age 0-10yrs - 2,000
age 11-14yrs - 2,500
age 15 up/ Adults - 5,000

Tests performed per age group:
age 0-10yrs - Urinalysis and complete physical exam
age 11-14yrs - Chest x-ray, Urinalysis and complete physical exam
age 15 up/ Adults - HIV/Syphillis Testing, Chest x-ray, Urinalysis and complete physical exam

** Results are released within 3 hrs for both x-ray and lab tests. Pag no problem send na agad sa CEM.

Clinic is open from Monday to Friday only, and by appointment basis lang. Meaning, need po natin mag call sa kanila and set the schedule na available tayo at avaivalbe din sa slot nila.. They perform the medical exams per batch basis starting 7:30am then 8:30am, 10am and 11:30am. Cut off na po sila by 11:30am.

We need to bring our passport plus two valid IDs for identification. Cash basis po ang payment daw.

Fom Gil Puyat (formerly called Buendia). Baba po kayo sa Makati Ave then walk going to HV Dela Costa St. And landmark po is yung BDO tower (its the 2nd street after Pacific Star Bldg.) Then turn right along HV dela Costa walking distance lang po yung going to Trafalgar Plaza, from there you'll pass around 4-5 buildings lang. Walk straight ahead then nasa right side po ang trafalgar.At its ground floor is 7-11 Convenience store and across it the mini stop convenience store.

Oo nga po e. Balita ko rin dun s mga nakasabay ko sa seminar nambabagsak sila talaga kaya maraming re-medical sa kanila. Saka very accomodating daw po ang mga staff nila. Kaka accredit lang sa kanila e last Feb po.

Anyway po, may additional info pa po ako. For sponsored spouses or common law/conjugal partners Appendix C na form po yung gagamitin.
Ito po pala yung mga additional requirements na kailangan natin pagputna doon:
When you and your family members go for your medical examination, make sure you have this sheet completed for each person, along with the following items:

•passports for yourself and your family members, plus a photocopy of the bio-data page of each passport. If a passport is not available, provide an official identity document bearing the photo and date of birth of the family member;
•eye glasses or contact lenses, if you or your family members wear them;
•previous medical report(s), if any. You must tell the examining doctor about all past and present medical problems and conditions, and provide the doctor with any available documentation such as physician’s reports, treatment or prescriptions; and
•five recent pictures taken within six months preceding the date of the examination and, where applicable, a negative for yourself and your family members (see section on photos in the instructions on how to complete the Application for permanent residence).
Make an appointment with one of the doctors identified on the enclosed list. A Medical Report, Section A (form IMM 1017 EFC) will be completed at the doctor’s office for yourself and each of your family members undergoing the medical exam. A photo of the person to be examined by the doctor will be affixed on both copies of that person’s form. This form is used to match your medical file to your immigrant file.
