hi everyone,

all of our documents and passport have been sent to the manila office as of early December - we have the old passport (green), any ideas how much longer we may need to wait for DM?

also, we included a letter that my wife had a new address however i am in manila for work and she has just been staying with me - we are thinking of giving up the new address since i will be here until march but if they deliver her passport there does she need to be there to sign in person? or can someone at the building accept on her behalf?

Can you explain please. Is the advisory of marriage, the authenticated marriage certificate on NSO paper? As far as I am aware that is all NSO will issue. You can get a Cenomar, Marriage Certificate on NSO, but I have not heard of their being two different marriage documents you can get from NSO.

The Marriage Certificate from NSO is the same thing as the marriage certificate you sign when you get married but on NSO paper. AOM or CENOMAR is a different document from marriage Certificate, CENOMAR is the document you get from NSO proving your single and AOM "Advisory of Marriage" is the document you get if your are married. If you request CENOMAR from NSO but you are married you will GET AOM instead.

So if you're in process of completing your document to send with the application get both if you already snd you application but your missing AOM you will recieve a request for it.

I only included the Marriage Certificate NSO. I guess I need to order the Cenomar. I guess they will not process without it. I wish they would have contacted me about this.

hi seanjeanne! sa case ko hndi ako hiningian ng advisory of marriage nung immigration consultant d2.pmunta p kc ako sa immigration center d2 sa canada pra mgpaguide sa mga docs na klngan pra wla kming mamiss..pro kng hinahanapan tlga pgdatng sa embassy sa manila malamang hingian kmi non..naku mpa2bagal p ung process... ano b yan..naiinip na ko eh..

yap sa pinas hinahanap yan step 2 yan kasi d2 sa center yun requiremennts mo as a sponsor ang check nila e step1 after ma approved transfer nila yan sa pinas at acces naman nila un sa hubby mo so ung hubby mo pag wala nakita na aom saka lang sila hihinge ang gawin mo mag request n dapat hubby mo para pag nag request ng passport isama mo n khit d hinihinge pero im sure pag ppr n sya isasama n nila
sa request yan, ako nmn kulang dn asawa ko school records pero pinasa ko n khit wala kc matal request sa school nya kaya pina ready ko n sa asawa ko tas isasabay ko n pro nung dumating kasama n din sya sa ni request kaya dont worry pag ppr n isabay mo n

If you check yung application check list lahat ng kailangan documents nandun , and they require both Advisory of Marriage from NSO and Marriage Cert from NSO. Mas ok na isama mo lahat ng mga hinihingi na document mas mapapadali process time mo.

Hello po mga kababayan. Ask ko lang sana kung gaano katagal maprocess ang application ko and some other questions in this situation:

My mom has been working in canada for two years (mag almost 3 years na) na under the live-in caregiver program and applied her permanent residence last year (forgot what month). prinocess nya rin yung papers ko (i'm 18 yrs old) so he can get me there last year and got my application papers last october. I filed my papers and sent it sa canadian embasy sa makati last november naman and now, I'm waiting for the next requirements to be given. My mom is also waiting for her pr permit sa canada and told me na baka lumabas yon this month since uuwi sya dito sa pinas this coming february.

1. question ko lang po is ano kayang next requirements na ang ibibigay ng canadian embassy for me? will it be medical na?
2. after medical, what's next? sabi kasi nila sunod na daw yung visa pero I just want to make sure.
3. how long po naproprocess yung mga ganitong situation like me kung meron man naka experience na dito.

Hi everybody, need more info lang po.

Darating n kc next week ang Canadian citizen kong fiance, ask ko lang kung pwed nb akong magpamedical or after the wedding b dpat?

Also, balak ko n bumalik parin ng abu dhabi pra magcontinue ng work after the wedding. Ang plan kc nmin before e bbalik ako dun pero uuwi din ako pg approved n ang sponsorship. But now, we were wondering kung pwede ba n magstay prin ako dun khit mgrequest n sila ng passport ko? so they can just send it back to me with the visa via courier? Can i go straight to canada from abu dhabi? what about the CFO stickers and seminars?

Mas advisable b n bumalik ako for the passport request, in case they ask for more documents? Thanks a lot. I've been reading this thread for months now. We're getting married on the 3rd week of January.
