Finally, I'm here na at home... They told me to wait 7 -10 working days daw, if no call receive from them it means okay or na-forward to embassy!!! But can I submit it right away to my sponsor without waiting that 7-10 days from them? :
At the reception 5th flr the staff gave me an envelope enclosed my passport photocopy, Appendix C & Upfront Medical Report IMM1017 B, yun lang then proceed at 3rd floor X-ray to get the result but they gave me the medical receipt original. Now, will I include that original receipt to the application medical report or not? :-[ I was really tired and sleepy, so my mind is not functioning good!!
We also witnessed an incident after lunch, this applicant guy fainted and he was from Bulacan, he ate breakfast but when he came here at the clinic he did not eat lunch and right after the blood sample, he felt dizzy and black out, good thing there's 2 person beside him, left and right to slowly put him to sit down. He said he did not eat lunch but he ate breakfast and he was a low blood. It's better to have your tummy loaded before taking the exam because the wait part was the longest.
