thanks so much.It helps me a lot. but bothered lang kasi ako 'coz sabi ng iba kailangan ko daw dapat na makalagay s amga documents ko is surname na ng maging husband ko. so nalilito ako.
Ikaw ang magdecide kung surname ng asawa mo or uing maiden name mo ang gagamitin mo. Kung nagmamadali ka talaga, maiden nama na ang gamitin in all you documents. Parehas pa din ang processing ng visa. Pakibasa nalang yung unang response ko

So, "mrsh", is it okay na ba na magpa medical exam using my maiden name?pati na yung sa nbi clearance ko?sakin pa rin hindi nya surname gamit ko?
Oo ok lang na maiden name. That means kung maiden name, NBI clearance and the rest dapat in your maiden name.

=almost 30days sya mag stay dito sa pinas,do u think makaya namin lahat gawin from the wedding,kuha ng marriage certificate,nbi clearance,medical exam,kaya kaya namin yan?para madala nya pagbalik niya sa Canada?Kaya yan kung maiden name ang susundin. Time consuming ang magpalit ng names sa mga documents like passport; at kaya kung maiden nam PLUS i-allow ka ng advance endorsement sa LCR ng cityhall kung saan kayo kinasal, makukuha.

Pero kung magstay sya sa Pilipinas ng 1month after arrival niya at hindi pa kayo nakaka apply ng marriage license, hindi yan kaya. Kasi 1week ang waiting period ng marriage license normally. Tapos after ng wedding, ilalakad mo pa yung marriage certificate from LCR to NSO. Yung NSO copy and AOM ang waiting period is 1-2weeks

pasensya na po if madami ko tanong.. I just want to make sure. sensya na po..and salamat sa lahat ng sumagot..sana pag may mga tanong pa ako sasagutin niyo pa ako..hehe..ang kulit ko..

Oks lang yan, magtanong ka lang. Ganyan din ako koon. At madami ding forumers na sasagot sayo ;D

Hindi ko alam yung processing times ngayon kasi parang humaba ata compared sa amin noon. Pero 26days after sponsorship approval sakin noon saka my PPR. Pakitignan nalang yung spreadsheet ng naunang batch sayo atleast my idea ka.

..I suggest send email to CEM...baka matagal na DM ka na...tell your story...then napadala na ang visa...kasi hindi lahat ng panahon updated ang Ecas...

yap!..ako sis..bound for Montreal ako...last Nov. ang papel ko sa kanila...matagal yata basta may mga previous travel abroad?!...kaya until now waiting parin ako...mabuti na nga lang naging 8 months nalang ang 9 months nila na normal processing times for CEM...sana may updates na tayo ds month...

0jenifer0 at Ehdz finafinalize kulang yung application ko, lahat ng answers ko sa form bago ko e print. Wla kaming gaanung receipts kasi hindi ko alam kailangan pa yun, pati boarding pass ng hubby ko hindi na nya tinago .. sana nalaman ko noon na meron palang ganitong site, ang laking tulong talaga.



Meron papala akung tanung dito sa Additional Dependants/Declaration form IMM 0008DEP, wla naman kaming anak, do i have to fill-up or hindi nlang?.
At dito rin sa Country Specific Instruction saan ba dapat e print ito bang Philippines [IMM 3905] (PDF, 199 KB) o South East Asia and Pacific [IMM 3906] (PDF, 198 KB), taga Pilipinas ako, kasi may nasabi skin South East Asia and Pacific [IMM 3906] (PDF, 198 KB) ito yung e print ko, kaingan ko talagang manigoro para hindi na mamabalik samin ang form namin just incase pag napasa na namin. sana may maka tulong sa akin

wala pa rin ako sept batch....application recieved at medical result....nakakaba naman hindi sila(CEM) nag effort sa inyo kahit call man lng your supposedly reach to 8 month processig...kahit ngayon lagi lng ako nag search what on queue for review all about...hindi sila specific dapat meron sila sympathy sa mga nag long w8 na.. wala tayo magawa is too w8 sila may kapangyarihan.....

i think u will not knew if the cem receievd ur file/application thru ecas. They will sent u a letter as wat they callled ppr after the sponsor approval or maybe the aor(acknowledge reciept) . They will inform u on the letter the transfer or they receievd it.
