Dear Qorax or the experts

I need a help:

I am getting married in India next month and I need to find a way in which my wife to be can come to Canada as soon as possible.

My condition right now:
1. I am on WP with +ve LMO and Skill category A working as a consultant on Permanent Job.
2. I have applied for PR under FSW2 category since May 2012.

Shall my wife to-be apply the dependent Visa (Work Visa)? http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/faq/work/index.asp#work-faq08

OR

She apply Study permit on her own?

If I add her details in my current file (Immigration) after my marriage, it may delay the process for her as well......

Her ultimate goal is to do her masters in Canada.

I am in dilemma, which way to go....

Thank you.

You must add her to your immigration file once you get married. If you do not add her to your immigration file after you get married and land on a single visa in Canada, two things will happen:

1) You will never be able to sponsor her.
2) You will be committing misrepresentation by saying you are single when you are in fact married. Misrepresentation can result in having your PR status revoked.

Again, you must add her to your immigration file. There's no choice in the matter.

Thanks a lot for this info.

Shall I add her immediately after I get married or I have to wait till I arrive back from vacation?
