hi there I applied to my husband for spouse application from October 2018 and till now I didn’t get any answer yet so my question is if there is anyway i can contact them
And if i can make the GCMS NOTES!

I got the AOR after 3.5 months. It takes time. If you didnt track it and dont know if they have or not you can contact IRCC and make sure they have it.
Otherwise just give it more time.
You can always ask for GCMS notes but its kinda pointless at this point. Calling them will be faster and more effective. Try to call early in the morning and be ready to redial many times

There is a group of applicants still waiting. There was a backlog so that has caused a delay. However the group has started to hear from cic again.

As replied it is too early for GCMS notes, even if you order as it's your right to do so; you will find useless ACTIVITIES in notes . Try phoning them if u cannot wait any more. 2ndly try logging in to your ECAS with PAYMENT RXXXXXXXX no. I am using this be4 AOR1 was received and still on same login credentials
