My spouse files get rejected with above statement. I am currently working in teer 4 position. Do i need to get teer 2 or 3 level job ?
When i submitted file i forgot to include noc letter, so i submitted through web form. Can anyone suggest me what i have to do in this case ?

I am on PGWP and I received nomination letter from SINP. I am wondering if the nomination will help me bring my spouse here on work permit. I didn't want to apply for spouse work permit before the nomination because my spouse is not financially stable back home. Since I got the nomination and I am in TEER 1 job, I am wondering if the IMP applies to my case.

Two are separate. Spouse can apply for SOWP with your job letter and paystubs as long as PGWP doesn’t expire within 6 months.

Refused under R205(c)(ii)." My employment letter did not mention anything about Job duties or NOC Code maybe that is why they rejected? But i have included my Noc code in my invitation letter. Can I apply for reconsideration? or should i just reapply with my updated employment letter?

I am also facing same situation. I already got my employement letter updated with my NOC and job responsiblities matching the NOC COde. Should i include that to my previous application and apply?

Your employment letter from your employer includes job duties, how long you have worked there and that you have employment for at least 6 months. Include 3 paystubs too.

So what did you provide that spouse is working?
