What are the documents i should include other than a letter of explanation and should i apply for GCSM notes..?

hi Sir, I am also facing same situation. I already got my employement letter updated with my NOC and job responsiblities matching the NOC COde. Should i include that to my previous application and apply?

I got my spouse rejection today with the same issue "You do not qualify under the IMP as you provided insufficient information to demonstrate that your spouse’s employment in a qualifying TEER. Refused under R205(c)(ii)." My employment letter did not mention anything about Job duties or NOC Code...
