I got married to my beautiful Canadian citizen woman on 19th of March 2020. And October, we submitted our spousal application documents through a company in Canada, Toronto. And we haven’t received acknowledgment email till now if the ircc have received our documents. Please what can we do now? Or we should keep waiting.

Was the company listed as the representative? Did they use a courier with a tracking #?
Was the package received? Has your representative received AOR of followed up with IRCC. You should have AOR by now
Alot ppl who applied in October has not gotten AOR yet. It’s normal for ppl who have not gotten it
Sorry misread and thought they submitted in March 2020. Agree that you need to wait it is taken much longer than normal to receive AOR.
I sent mine in August 2020 and got application number through email end of January 2021. So about 6 months of waiting... Check your email and spam email also. Don't worry, keep busy and the time will go fast.
