We have mostly been living in Canada together, so would this be the only address I would need to prove? We travel back to the states because of the six month limit but we only stay in the states for a couple of weeks or less. So if I’m able to just prove my address where we have cohabitated at is that fine? Or do they want both addresses.

Also, one of the addresses I lived at in the past did not have a civic address. I only have a land description, do I use that?
