I wanted to know how are arranged marriages are viewed by the CIC? My significant other and I were introduced by relative in November and after talking over phone and Wattsapp, we decided to get married. My plan was to visit him in bangladesh before the wedding but that is no longer possible in the current circumstances. Therefore, we have no choice but to meet a week prior to our wedding (august 2020) and then i have to leave within 3 weeks because of medical reasons. I feel like our situation will raise red flags, but our relationship is genuine.

It's fine and normal for many. You'll want to show it was arranged and make sure you have the full wedding festivities / ceremonies that are traditional for your culture.

I am Georgian, married to Canadian. Months ago we applied for TRV, which got refused. Now we are filling sponsorship family class application and after this we are thinking to do TRV again.
Meanwhile, currently we are in my home country, but we are planning to go to Rwanda, where my husband and me have a project to do.
What is your recommendation? Apply for sponsorship from here and TRV when we are in Rwanda? Our idea is to wait 1 year for sponsorship approval, and while it's processing to go in Canada via TRV (we want to go there as fast as we can to meet my husband's family) or apply for TRV and while we are in Canada, submit sponsorship documents? But if we do inland, then I can't stay more than 6 months, till the sponsorship application results?
And another question is - do we need to fill sponsorship documents and PR application separately or it's all combined together?

Submit the sponsorship application as soon as you can outland.

If the first TRV was refused there's a high chance unfortunately that the second one will be too.

i have question that i am PR in canada. i did common law in 2019 in canada but i got married to person who is in india. while applying for my spouse , should i need to mention about my common law in paper work. My spouse don't know about my past common law status.

or does cic ask any question to my spouse about my common law. Please advise

They do consider arranged marriages OK as long as are genuine. Explain the whole thing in forms and even with an attached LOE

Got email that I have to attend an interview on 20 November 2020 they will inform me about the date of interview with in 6 to 12 months

I got SA email and Bio/Medical done by my wife as well.

According to what I have read here, the next step is file being transferred to another VO? In this case, since she is inside Canada, will the file still go to home country (IND) or to a local VO inside Canada?

That time frame they gave gave you sounds very unusual. R U sure interview will take place in 6 to 12 months? This is not so normal time

what is a LOE? I'm new to this.
