What is csq and you submitted application aug 2019 !?

GCMS Notes submitted on Aug 10th 2020.

My Sponsorship application Submitted in Nov 2019.

CSQ is related to Quebec residents. Those who reside in Quebec need to obtain CSQ Approval as part of spousal sponsorship. (Different from the rest of the provinces. Residents from other province dont need CSQ )

I mailed my family sponsorship application on July 26,2020. Have not received any communication from them, and I cannot even link my application online. Can anyone please advice on how to link my application online? and how IRCC will send me the AOR?

You're going to have a few months to wait, at a minimum. You cannot link your application until you have AOR. You will get AOR once IRCC has had a chance to review to make sure you have nothing missing - and this will likely take a few months.

People from March and some Feb applicants are still waiting for AOR1 so you can count days for yours.

I'm canadian PR and got married recently, I want apply dependent PR for my wife. I'm still in INDIA, Can i apply for her PR from here? or should i travel to canada and apply. Which will be safest and sooner to process? Is it better to wait a month and then apply? can any one help with the information?

Since you can only sponsor while residing in Canada, it's better to return first and then apply.
