I passed medical exam for PR in December (applied for PR - family sponsorship outland) in my country
Having a visitor visa
Arrived in Canada in May using my visitor visa
Thinking to extend my stay in Canada as a visitor until I get PR
My question is - if it takes longer than 12 months to proceed my application for PR and I receive a new request for medical exam after the previous one is expired, can I pass this medical exam in Canada?

Yes, there are doctors listed in Canada. Obviously some may not be working now, but hopefully later.

I remember there were some differences between outland and inland
Was it that biometrics cannot be taken in Canada for outland applicants?

Hi everyone,

I met my spouse last year July thru family proposal. I was supposed to go get married April this year because of covid had to postpone it. If I wanted to sponsor her to Canada she's in Sri Lanka. Can I do spousal sponsorship? Or conjugal sponsor?

Please advise.

Thank you,

Thank you,
Conjugal needs continuous living together both parties. So I would do Spousal Rest may be others can advise. Here is a copy;-
"A conjugal relationship is one of some permanence, when individuals are interdependent – financially, socially, emotionally and physically – when they share household and related responsibilities, and when they have made a serious commitment to one another. "

"A conjugal partner is: a person who is living outside Canada, in a conjugal relationship with the sponsor for at least one year, and. could not live with the sponsor as a couple because of reasons beyond their control (e.g. immigration barrier, religious reasons or sexual orientation).Apr 30, 2020 "

Thank you,

1, No as you are neither common/law or married, and there are no barriers to marriage (other than covid at this time)
