What was the maximum number of people have you listed?

We had about 50 people on each list. Who my husband knows of mine and who I know of his. Attached it as an annex.

Would they consider it incorrect if I have written the following hypothetically:

1. Arthur Weasley -- Father
2. Molly Weasly -- Mother
3. George, Fred, Ronald, and Ginny Weasley. -- Siblings
4. Harry Potter -- Best friend
5. Albus Dumbledore -- Best friend

Note that in number 3 I have put 4 names in one field.

This is perfectly fine. I listed multiple people on each line, i.e.

1. Parents
2. Grandparents
3. Aunt and Uncle

1. It says get pay stub for last 12 months but i came to canada in sep 2015 and got my full time job in april 2016. And i am going back to india to get Married. Will my time in a full time job be valid or acceptable??? And i read in forum about the option C print out i was confused about what it is.

2. If my fiance gets a PCC before we getting married will it still be acceptable ?? because in our country usually last name of the girl changes after marriage. or can she not change her name on passport and still keep the last name same. Not changing last name in the passport will it effect our other documents ??

Any other helpful tips are always welcome just started working on the family sponsorship process trying to save the time.

If you're planning on sponsoring your fiancée once you are married then you don't have to provide any pay stubs since it's not a requirement for you to even be employed to sponsor a spouse. It's on the checklist because that's a general checklist used for different types of sponsorships, some of which have an income requirement.
The option C printout would have to be requested from the Canada Revenue Agency. It's a summary of all of the types of income you received and reported for your taxes for the previous year (2015). You would have to call or do it online. They do require for you to indicate how much income you reported.

Stop repeating the same post. Next time, create a new thread, post once and wait for an answer. Note that it can take hours or days to receive an answer, as the people on this forum are volunteering their time for free. If you are in such need of an urgent answer, hire a consultant or lawyer.

No one can tell you what to write, as people do different things to prepare. It is a fairly simple question. What prep have you done?

As per point 18 of the checklist, a person that is working needs to submit proof of their employment. And though there is no minimum income requirement, they must show they can support themselves without welfare, so it is a good idea to submit payslips anyways.

The Option C is no longer required. IRCC now asks for an NOA, which can be printed from a person's online CRA account.

Submit the documents regarding your pay stub. But I think the option C form is enough. They need to know that you earn enough to support your wife once she comes to Canada to stay with you. That's what you would see when you will go through the help page to fill the document. You can download it from your CRA login

There is no problem in getting PCC before marriage if you are going to put her current residency instead of your's in her application. Few offices they put the complete address in the PCC where they have done the checking. If you are going to put your home address for communication instead of her's then wait. But that's tricky too.. The officers might ask where she stayed in last 6 months.

It's good to have her name in your passport or your name in her passport. (Not a necessity but good enough proof that you are married). In India that are very good at issuing passport fairly quick now.

As far as the name change is concerned. I would say not to change because you need to do lots of affidavit etc.

if possible you may want to do a upfront medical test and submit it along with your application when you submit.

Make sure to take pictures of all the rituals involved in the marriage. That are required if you are planning a traditional marriage.

So yes, it would put a hold on my processing time, but once it was returned it should be fine. Any suggestions? Is this information correct? The medical office is incorrect. Upfront medicals can be done for certain apps, including Family Class. Show them the IRCC link http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp. If they still won't do it, tell them that you will be informing IRCC that they are not following the rules so that IRCC can review their Panel Physician designation.

Normally, PCC from Canada is not required for a sponsorship applicant.

No, they have not asked for a police record but it says on the website; "If you are applying for permanent residence or Canadian citizenship, you must provide a police certificate." So I am just assuming they want one with the application. Same with the medical exams.

You need to look at the country-specific requirements for PCCs.

So... I didn't include middle names on the applications (spouse and OWP) for my spouse and I. ...I'm an idiot and didn't even think about it. Sent the application in a month ago...How badly did I screw up? Will it get rejected?
