If you're Polish, you should really apply outland. Warsaw is a fast VO, and many applicants have been done in 5-6 months.

In the last of the ATIP notes Notes 1 shows Eligibility: Recommend PASSED created date 2015/09/28
Medical valid till 02/16
APPLICATION:1 Field name: ELIGIBILITY, Action: UPDATED, Old value: NOT STARTED, New Value: IN PROGRESS Updated Date: 2015/09/28.

APLICATION :2 Field Name: MEDICAL, Ation: UPDATED, Old value: IN PROGRESS New value: PASSED Updated date: 2015/09/28

Ok, is it certain that my application will be processed in Warsaw even if I'm a US resident?
Also I believe I can still go to Canada on a visitor visa and my wife can apply outland from there correct?
If we decide to apply from the US we can go to Canada after she apply right? How do we update mailing address with CIC?

All applications go to missisauga and then they refer it to the proper VO.

If your company has a Canadian office and is willing to transfer you, it may be possible for you to obtain an LMIA exempt work permit.

Workers transferred within a company
workers who have been transferred to their company’s Canadian operations.

Hello Seniors,

Please help!

I sent my inland application Nov Oct 2015 with OWP. I recieved my Work permit a month ago but it was valid until may 16 2016 only as my passport is expiring on the same date. I sent my passport for renewal to BLS india last month and I was hoping that it will be renewed within a month or so. For passport renewal they asked me to get clearance from IRB as my work permit type is 27 (Immigration and Refugee board, I am not a refugee). Now my passport renewal will take more time and my Work permit will expire before my passport renews. I have recieved my Application no. from CIC though.

Please suggest What should i do. what is the best option for me and can I legally stay in canada when my WP expires? Please advice.

Hey guys, we recently got our AOR but we sent in the application without being in possession of our marriage certificate. Does anyone have experience or advice on whether we should send in the marriage certificate with the case number as reference now already or should we wait until they request it?

If both you and your spouse needed medicals, then this is not a spouse sponsorship case, and not likely to be a PGP case either (though stranger things have happened!). If you are applying through FSW, PNP or Express Entry, you should post your question to the relevant section, as the timelines and procedures are different.

Without a valid passport, there is no way for you to legally stay in Canada. You will be out of status after your OWP expires.

If you get your new passport within 90 days of losing status, you can apply for Restoration. You could try applying to restore your status as a worker; CIC may or may not grant you another OWP. If they don't, you will have to wait until AIP before being able to apply for another OWP.
