He should sign as he does everyday. My husband is Algerian and I'm Moroccan we signed as we do everyday. It doesn't have to be English. But I advice that ur husband takes some English classes to improve himself as it will help u a lot in the future. Wishing u great of luck!ReaRea said:Hey guys...I am in the process of filling out my application to sponsor my husband and I have a question I was hoping someone could answer about signatures. My husband is Egyptian and I was wondering if he should sign his part of the application in his native language arabic or in English? He is able to write his name in English but its not his everyday signature. I was told he should sign it in his everyday normal signature which would be arabic and that would be fine but i just wanted to see if any of you have done this and was it ok. Thanks

We would like to move to Canada as soon as he gets his permanent residency. Im confused about one thing though - on the document checklist for sponsoring a spouse through the family class act, it says I need to provide 12 months of pay stubs + a letter from my employer. I've been living in London for the past three yrs as a stay at home mom, Im not employed, my husband is the sole earner. Can I still sponsor him?
Also, is sponsoring my spouse and him applying for permanent residency one and the same thing? or are there two separate applications we both need to fill out and send? Also, at the moment Im back in Edmonton visiting family. Can I send the application for him from here then go back to the UK? Or should I sponsor him from the UK once I return?
For csq they don't ask for this information either.shafeez said:If a form states that "Sponsors living in Quebec need not complete this form" (IMM 5481) which is the Sponsorship Evaluation form, then how will they obtain that information from me (financial information)? Is this where CSQ comes in?
