Whats the best and safe way to send application in missisauqa from Toronto? and how much will cost?

Use a courier. Don't trust Canada Post. I used UPS. It was about 5lbs and cost just over $20 to send it and was received the next morning by 10:30am. I sent from Brampton to Mississauga.

I need urgent help from all members active in this thread because you all might be having a better ideas and knowledge to overcome my problem.

here are the problems...

I have received Medical request on 26 th Feb. and has to be sent by 28 th March. But i am in dilemma now what should i do to avoid separation from my to be wife 1 to 2 years and want to add my to be wife's file with mine.

1) I am planning for a court marriage on a suitable day(As per the Kundli/Nakshatra/Astrology) so that i can avoid sponsoring my to be wife from Canada and her file can also runs along with me. But, the date may come anywhere around Apr End to May. What should i do now with regards to intimating NDVO when Medicals are to be sent by 28th March?

2) If the marriage has happened just now and/or in between the file processing are they going to refuse the visa even if it is a genuine marriage? what should i do prevent refusal?

3) If they ask me to provide the details(forms and documents) about my to be wife which FORMS should be sent? where should it be sent? CIC or NDVO?

Please help and guide to come out of this tensed situation.

We applied for sponsorship and all forms including Medicals and fees were done upfront and received on the 18th sep. I was them approved to be his sponsor on the 5th November and our file was transferred to Ottawa. I have been checking the status and it just shows as app recieved. Am I being a bit ambitious and impatient willing it to change!!

I am also paranoid that forms/medicals/fees expire, how long do we have and what are your experiences of similar types of applications??

Sometimes they will request an updated form but usually they don't. Medical expires after one year. Fees never expire.

And I heard that they are speeding up the process now? is it true? or is it really depend on the luck?

A decision was made on my application on Feb 9 (London Visa Office) and I still haven't been notified of the decision. Will the decision be sent to me (applicant in UK) or my other half (sponsor in Canada)?
My ECAS still is registering my permanent address in Canada even though CIC have been notified that my current temporary address is in the UK and has been since May 2014.
Its now 4 weeks since the decision was made and neither of us has heard anything? Is this normal?
Getting nervous...
Any advice appreciated

I have a question as now it gets closer to our AOR date. We filed the IMM 5476 Use Of A Representative. Now with this I ask is that will myself as the sponsor receive the updates in a email that I included in my info section of the application? Or because of the IMM 5476 all updates/progress is notified only to the lawyer.

We had an email sent to us saying to submit the passport. The letter was addressed to my husband (the applicant) but it was emailed to me (the sponsor) simply because we signed the form for a representative and made me the representative, so all correspondance came to me. Once my husband brought I. The passport, they issued the visa and gav him the COPR (and returned everything from our application).

For you, being from the UK, u don't require a visa in your passport, and so the COPR will be mailed to you. It should go to your home in the UK since you are he applicant and need the COPR to land as a PR. Have you tried emailing the visa office? I would think that you should have received the COPR by now, but maybe it is just slow and you will receive it this week. Try to email and see if they respond...

1.My problem is that i want to sponsor my wife whom i married recently but the instructions states that i need to show the authorities that
ive been working for 12 months here in canada.
2.In the instructions & guide its clearly stated that no video,DVD,video cassette will be asked as a proof then why people keep on say that
the authorities can ask for it.
3.I came here as an landed immigrant on july 5,2014 after that i went back home NEPAL for vacation from Jan 25,2015 to feb 25,2015.
The main purpose of vacation was my marriage.

So as a whole i want to say that its an arrange marriage & i want my wife to be here asap & i also know that its not possible without any consultation from the expertise......

Hi everyone, I have a question.
My boyfriend is a Canadian citizen and we have lived together in Canada for 2 years and 2 months already, so he is my common law partner, but he is married in Canada. They do not live together though for 5 years already, but they can not get a divorce, because they have undivided business.
Can I apply for permanent resident card anyways as his common law partner or should we wait until he gets divorce?

I would send by them, but some users of this forum strongly recomend to no use their services (idk why).
