Hello every body , I really need your advice because I am so confused
I am Egyptian 34 years , working as Doctor of physics in Cairo university , Egypt
I am married with Canadian girl 22 years old ( by birth ), and we have a child 2 months ago , My wife now needs to sponsor me
While checking the website of spousal immigration forum , I got confused because of many things
1- she does not work , and sorry to say we have no money ( we consumed all our money to marry each other)
2- she has no income , she is living in Egypt since she was 12 years old , now she needs to renew her passport and we heard that they will ask her in the embassy why she just now need to go Canada or to renew her passport
3- she has her uncle there , could he write a letter for us that we will stay with her and he will cover for example our costs , he knows our plans ...etc ?
4- her father or my father could deposit money in our bank account to help us till we being stablished in Canada?
5- what about me should I show my Egyptian salary details ?
6- our two months old child could have the Canadian passport. Or Canadian citizenship?

She don't need to have an income. But must explain how she's planning to suport you, your needs, etc...

Thanks Dansh sooo much , please let me ask three questions
Should I deposit money in my account ? Will they ask me to shw my sallary from my actual work ? I mean should I translate my salary statement and attached it with my application ?
If her father deposit money in her bank account which is actually 0 is that is enogh for explanation of how she will support me and our son ?
Our son could have the citizenship ? immediately he is now 2 months old

One question among many we have is, if our application was sent to the Mississauga office will they use their discretion on which VO office to process? This question comes that since being on this forum i am seeing that some had both parts processed here in Canada.

Well, When they ask for pictures , that means they want proof that you really have genuine relationship and you had been together.....
Its not the amount of pictures , its the quality and evidence...I mean if the sponsor has frequently visited the applicant, then No. of pictures doesnt matter that MUCH..
I know some of my friends and relatives, who just send 5 pictures and got it through , whereas some had sent 40 and still they ask for more proof.....

It all depends, also on Officer...but rest assure and think positive..stay blessed and be happy IA everything will turn out good..no Paronoia fellows....

For how long do people get their PR in Canada?
For example my wife living with me in Poland got her PR for 2 years only.

And one more question - does my wife have to ask for the Option C while living outside of Canada?

I didnt go with my husband to make landing in Canada because we recieved the visa in late time and my kids was at scool we call cic and tell them that their replay was its ok the husband can make landing alone.
Now he wants to settle in canada and make a sponsor for me and the kids my inquiry is can he offer a sponsor request from out side canada? How much time it need? Should he has a job in canada when offer the sponsor? Can I take study visa in canada then my husband make a sponsor for me??

If yes, he can sponsor you.
For spouses there's no minimum income, but for your kids I think it have.
You can apply Outland (fast way), the time depends on your country for the stage 2.
Or you can apply inland. It take about 2 years but you can ask a work permit after stage 1.
