Inland or outland? 5491 is for outland, 5443 is inland.
You would include 5491 and the applicant's country-specific checklist for outland.

It's outland, so 5491. Thanx!
Where can I found this country-specific checklist?

Be sure you have the following done, this is NOT listed in the Latin America photo specifications but we got hit for it, and even though CIC admits it is their oversight for not having an up to date guide online, it still puts you at the end of the line, and costs $$$ to send new photos (They still have not updated this online)

"The person's name and date of birth, as well as the date the photo was taken should be written on the back of the photos, while one should be left blank"

hello to everyone i just wanted to ask does anyone in this forum know about the inland demonstrations coming up in march 2015 i haven't seen anyone discussing it but its strictly a peaceful protest to give inland spousal sponsorship a voice ,regarding all the issues we encounter and how in some of our cases we are being treated inhumane,no work permits,no health care, extreme leg-ht a processing times ,refusal to leave country even for parents death or emergencies, ect, pls is all you do is read some of the post it would help, here is the fb page we belong to.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/inlandsponsorship/698357906952044/?notif_t=group_comment_reply,

is very important that we give a voice to our suffering and that we can also support each of us in this process,we deserve to be treated as a human being not just a file number, and we do deserve some compassion we shouldn't be punished for marrying our spouses and they shouldn't suffer either we are not criminals just people in love and having dreams of a better life and family.these protests will be held in all our provinces on the same day at the same time, please if not interested in voicing yourself at least read our posts to know why we ask for changes in our immigration system thank you.

Does anybody on this forum has or know anyone who has applied outland while being in Canada?

There are a lot of people who have done this. Why do you ask?

If I send my file to CIC from Canada, it'll be apllyed as "inland" process?
I'll send the file forts for my wife to sign the papers and then she'll send to cic.
How should I proceed to be an Outland process?
