If u for ur medical done from registered hospital then hospital would ensure that ur report will reach them

Letter is not required

The time line in my case has crossed all the limits.
I applied to sponsor my wife from India in Jan 2012 and the case still in hanging loose....don't know where!

Hello everyone, new to the forum...

Quick Question.... what is the average time sponsorship application will take from start to finish?

I checked the processing times and its gone up to 11 months now based in London Uk.
This worries me as my open work Permit is due to end in May 2015... ???

Check the London thread and the spreadsheet on processing times in my signature below

Processing times for London vary but its about 7-8 months at the moment

If you are just sponsoring one person, the first one. The second one is for spouse accompanying principal applicant. Although, I imagine it probably wouldn't make much difference which one you choose as long as you pay the correct amount.

He can get his medical done in any country. His passport however will have to be submitted to the visa office processing his application.

Does he have a multi-entry visa? If yes, then he can hopefully re-enter Canada, but that's not a guarantee. If he does not have a multi-entry visa, then he would have to apply for a TRV, which may or may not be granted. If it's refused, then unfortunately, the inland application will be forfeited.

If he went back to India for a long period of time, the application may be forfeited anyway, since it is a requirement for inland applications that the spouses be living together throughout the process.

Hi guys!

Can i have a question regarding our application. We sent our application package and it arrived at CPC-M last September 19, 2014. I just realize now, September 30, 2014 that we lacked 1 document and that is my document checklist as immigrant. Can i ask if what is the right thing to do at this moment. Should we call the CPC and inform them and mail them the lacking document or should we wait for them even if we already know that it is incomplete? This been troubling me. :(

Thank you in advance! I hope someone would help me.
