Just gather ur means of communication,fone bills,yahoo messages,Facebook chats,watsap,skype,letters,emails,and also anything that shows ur relationship prior to ur marriage,trips held together,enough fotos ,good u are pregnant for him,and ur taxes filed together if any,Infact do not leave any stone unturned as cic is not gona assume for u,all the best in ur effort

Thanks michaella1964 for your reply. Actually we have not enough data before marriage, As due to culture difference we have less evidence of chat etc etc. But some evidence of phone and email. But relationship is genuine as we are living together after marriage and all ceremony carried out as per Canadian marriage guide line. As i am student so we have not big function for marriage but very simple in a mosque. Its very simple, i will tell them how it took place. Is that work any recommendation highly appreciated. Is any benefit is she was pregnant.

hi I don't get it since I just told them how we meet dated and then decided to get angaged at x-mas infront of my family his is overseas so they weren't oart of it and since we are from different religions we decided to just wed in a small chapel with two witnesses we had a very small reception at the local club with our witness but either family wre present,as for photos I only had about 6 that wre taken not much for communication since we live to gether so we see each other everyday and my son lives with us I just keept it small in explaination and right to the point like no internet chat since we are here together just daily cel text but never send them any copies as for our pre dating I didn't send in any just the basic how we meet the courtship and weding then that we are together still 4 years later just don't worry just tell them were you met and what you guys did for fun wen dating then how you got engaged and how did the asking were there witnesses and talk abou the planning of the weding and if no family was there why just be very to the point and direct nothing to hide nothing to explain ,hope that makes sense,cant have e-mails and video chats wen you together in the same house lol,and they know wen your trying to fabricate stuff so just be frank

yes that good u can explain to them why u didn't live together because of you culture or religious belief but talk about the sourship like going on dates with a chaperon if there was one ect and that u or her proposed the get engaged and that after ur wedding and living together u got pregnant and are happy of this new addition to your family and life plain and simple if your family wasn't there at the mosque explain why and maybe in the near future your planning on having a renewal OF THAT CEREMONY FOR UR FAMILY BACK HOME OR HERE THATS ALWAYS A GOOD ONE.

if any doubt arise,cic may ask for DNA after birth,and yes ur marriage ceremony is a major factor,send pictures of ur marriages,write letters explaiining anything u think could cause a problem,send them if u have joint accounts or joint properties showing ur names,they love to see more proof prior to ur marriage,ur marriage certificate,pictures with her friends and ur friends,and caption all proof u give,

I have a question about spousal sponsorship. I am a Canadian citizen and want to sponsor my wife. We both live in Mexico so we will apply outland. Do I apply to be her sponsor first and then wait for a response before we send her application or do we send everything at the same time?

im sponsoring my husband from Srilanka and the ADR went well last week. I want to know how long is it going to take for the Embassy in Srilanka to issue to visa . I believe that i'am correct in saying that it will take a month for the police clearance and about 3 weeks for medical ? Can my husband do the police clearance right away and do the medical once he receives the letter from them?

I have another question.When I'm reading about the spouse's medical checks it says that her family also have to have medical checks done. But I am only sponsoring her and we don't intend to sponsor the family now oir in the future.

"Family" in this context means dependents. So, no medical examination for anyone else in your case, unless she has children of her own.

today 2nd time again rejected my open work permit. it showing not enough fund in my account . i show 23000$ in my account. i dont know why they r doing like this. plzz give any sugession
