I submitted them via webforms. They only notified me after a week that they received my documents.
They said there should be a final decision on June 23, but since June 11 I haven't received any updates neither an email from them about my application.

That's so frustrating.

Still feasible to get refused, in theory, in practice, quite rare.

Eligibility is completed. Background verification is ongoing and has been 12 months since it started.
There has been 0 progress in the past 12 months. Totally silence.
I contacted IRCC webform , but there's no progress.
I contacted MP office. They checked with IRCC and said "Security verification is ongoing".

You need to withdraw the first application. You can't have two applications in progress at one time. If you don't withdraw the inland, they will return / cancel the outland.

No. I presume you mean you are sponsoring her. Answer still no.

interestingly, our application status was updated on the tracker yesterday after 6months! Its eligibility status has been updated to Completed! now the question is, can we use the confirmation sent to us a few weeks ago to change the SIN number and apply for a health card?
