Does anyone know if SA and AOR is ONLY sent to Representative contact email mentioned in representative form and not to one mentioned in IMM 1344??
Looking for help in filling up APPENDIX A - UPDATED INFORMATION CHART that has to be sent along with passport.
I am sponsoring my spouse and we have now received the Passport Request. Do I just enter my spouse's name as Principal Applicant and keep the rest of the sheet blank or do I need to enter my name in the in the row for Spouse or Partner? or is it the other way around?
The instructions just say to complete the form for each family member included in the application.

It's just regarding the principal applicant (and any other dependents in the app eg. children, not the sponsor).
Is this the appendix with height weight and eye colour (or something like that)? Just provide what they ask for with tombstone info (name/dob/UCI# etc).
For the form IMM 1344 after validating the form, you:
- saved and submit as it is? So when someone downloads it they can see Generated Codes, but form is active and can be edited again
- Saved as a new file using print to PDF and then submitted with locked fields
If a visitor, student, or foreign worker applies to extend his or her status before that status expires, he or she can legally remain in Canada until a decision is made on the application. In this situation, the person has maintained status.
Can anyone confirm...If AOR and SA is only shared with representative contact info shared in imm 5476 and not to sponsor or PA??
We were in a similar-ish situation: Work permit expired in june 2022 and our application for PR was sent in may 2022. As long as you've sent your application before it expires, when you are in limbo AKA in between statuses, you are considering on "implied status" which means you can continue your stay in Canada based on what your previous status was (as in: if you were previous a worker, you can keep working. If you were a visitor, you can keep visiting). My partner kept working though june-july legally even though his permit had expired, and around a month later he received his new work permit which made him "legal again".
In your case, after your visitor status expires at the end of May, you will be on "implied status" which means you can continue whatever you were doing on visitor status.
The main thing to note during implied status is that you should NOT leave the country until you receive your visa/PR as it is extremely difficult to prove implied status when entering, so you have a high chance of getting rejected or even getting you application cancelled.
There is no prohibition against her applying for a TRV, but such applications are often simply viewed as being made by those who want to remain in Canada with their spouse, hence they will overstay. But, she might manage it if she can show very strong ties to draw her home, a good travel history, a job to which to return, property ownership, etc., etc.
We tried when my wife's PR application was 4 months along, with AOR, SA, PCCs submitted and medical exams all done, and I had been with her in her country for those fours months. It took all of 2 days to get a denial. But, your case might be different.
Thank you for your suggestion. My spouse is a housekeeper and doesn't have strong ties like a job, travel history, etc. The only strong justification I want to put in my application is that I am a single parent of two children and need my spouse's support until she gets her PR. Secondly had an injury a few months ago, which is recovered but not 100%.
You can apply, provide that info and hope they approve basically out of compassion. No-one can say whether they will or not.
There is demonstrable proof though that 100% of those that do not apply do not receive TRVs.
To be honest, chances of denial are very high in general. If she has no assets in her name, no travel history to show, etc…it will probably be denied. They will assume chances of her leaving after visiting to be zero to none. Maybe if you had applied for a visa in compassionate grounds when you had your injury it may have been 50-50…but even then…
