Hi Folks !
I have a particular query if someone can assist me on this
Am a Canadian Citizen staying out of Canada currently, I have recently married and would want to move back to Canada with her
I am planning to apply her under Family Sponsorship, however I do not have any arranged employment or studying plans yet in Canada as I was reading the approval can take around a year and it would be too soon now to start looking for a job there
Can I still sponsor my spouse ? And on what reason I would have that we are planning to move back to Canada ?

You can sponsor your spouse, you will have to show aspects of intent to return when you apply.
If the officer thinks the info presented is insufficient, you would get follow-up request for more information, and possibly a procedural fairness (warning they will reject if you don't convince them).
You do not need to show everything now, but it's in your interests to provide as much as you can. If your evidence is thin now, it may be in your interests to plan to return to Canada before your spouse's PR is finalized - get settled, look for a job, etc - and update IRCC of your arrival. Because actually returning to Canada is pretty good evidence of intent to do so.
There are other threads here on this (not very recently but last year at least), search and read through those for how others have handled.
My spouse's took 20 days to become available for download from the day the document was updated in the portal, others took much less and some took a lot longer. Not very helpful though, but hope it's enough to be a reference to look forward to.
Is yours paper based? I had similar issue in the beginning when linking the application.
Try different combinations, like using file number or UCI number with place of birth, first name last name, passport number, date of birth, etc. Make sure the spellings are exactly the same as you used in your application.
Mine is paper based. I tried everything but still doesn't work. It still gives me the below error:

In order to pay for Sponsorship fee,
do I need to login into my account i.e. Sponsor's account?
or can I login into Principal Applicant's Account and pay the fees?

what is sponsor account?? we just create 1 PR portal account for spousal sponsorship
Sponsor Account is the one that I had created few years back for my PR

I received my PR on Jan 2021 as single applicant.
And in July 2021 I applied for my husband's PR application under Spouse Sponsorship inland Canada class.
We have been living together since May 2019. But being from different religion (my husband is Hindu, and I am Muslim) I was unsure about the future
of this relationship. And we wanted to get approval from our parents.
In Jan/Feb 2020 we went to India for our shake parents did agreed, but the problem was the relatives and community.
But by the time in Jan 2021 I received my PR, and then we got married in May 2021.
And now the visa officer have concern that I (sponsor) fail to disclose the common law partner.
I have received a procedural fairness letter from IRCC stating:
"Having reviewed your application, I have concerns that you may not meet the requirements for
immigration to Canada.
Section 125(1) of the Regulations indicates that a foreign national shall not be considered a member
of the spouse or common-law partner in Canada class by virtue of their relationship to the sponsor if
(d) subject to subsection (2), the sponsor previously made an application for permanent residence
and became a permanent resident and, at the time of that application, the foreign national was a
non-accompanying family member of the sponsor and was not examined."
I do not know how can I explain to him that in India, interfaith relationship/marriage is difficult and parents society do not easily accept it.
I got married once I had the confirmation about I have some permanent status in Canada.
Before Procedural Fairness Letter, visa officer asked as to submit relationship timeline where we mention our good things and living together as couple in same house from May 2019. Now, visa officer is using our timeline to prove that I failed to mention common law when I received PR on Jan 2021. And I can not sponsor my spouse in Canada Class.
Please do help, If anyone had experienced the same situation or have knowledge in this kind of matter.
