ok so now i understand my question is too deep for people here to answer,so enjoy
all the best,i have posted same question four times but nobody is able to answer this
i needma place that answers difficult questions

well, if you posted it 4 times in the same thread, or in another thread started by someone else on a topic not related to your question, my suggestion is to create a separate thread so senior members see it. most people don't review the posts on this thread as often as threads that are their own topic.

Hello everyone, i really appreciate the quick response of members here as regard any question been asked. i need an answer to this question:

posting the same question over and over on different threads is not going to generate a quicker response. i have posted a reply in one of the other threads you've already asked this quesiton in. please either start an independant thread to insure senior members see your question, and stop spamming the boards with the same question. thank you!

if u put blankmit will mean u cant sponsor them in the future, its best to try and get to talk to them or u risk of inability to sponsor them someday

The problem is you are asking us to predict how CIC will process your application. Unfortunately, while people can share their own experiences, nobody has sufficient insight into your own situation to suggest when you will see a PPR.

My advice in your case would be to get your GCMS notes. That will tell you where the application is in processing. Keep requesting them so you have a steady stream of updated information. Alternatively, the sponsor should contact the MP's office and request they inquire on your behalf.

Thanks rhen2014, i really appreciate. God bless you

I am indian citizen but USA resident. If we do court marriage in USA , my spouse who is canadian citizen ,can he file application and submit to India visa office? I see processing time is shorter for India compared to USA or Canada? Can we submit application to USA or Canada or India visa office independent of where we live or where we do court marriage?

You cannot not apply through a US visa office without being a US citizen. You must either apply to the visa office in India, or come to Canada with your husband and apply Inland...provided that you are able to enter Canada as a visitor, of course.

Well, perhaps I'm mistaken but if a FN that is not a US citizen and does not hold a US passport can enter the US and apply for Canadian PR from there...wouldn't there be a lot of people doing this, especially if it's faster than their home country visa office?

Again, I may have missed the mark with this one, by simply thinking logically, without any evidence.

i'm thinking it might be different if they are currently holding a work visa or PR status in the US, not just visitors. otherwise i see your point. i have no clue either, just going by the posts i'm seeing here... dozel is one poster that comes to mind.

Yeah, without knowing if she has a Green Card or not (she only states that she is a resident), it makes it difficult to guess...I suppose.

Hi Leon and all,

Today I had a consultation and based on my informations they've suggested to do an outland sponsorship for my wife and my son.

Basically on our relationship they will not have doubts, we are married since 2001 and we have a kid 3,5y.o.

My wife work permit (TFW with LMO) expires in mid Feb 2015, and if we apply let's say on June 1st she should get it in 44days + 8 months (Poland) she has actually dual citizenship Poland and Italy.
Our son, mine and her dependent has a visitor record expiring at the end of Jan 2015.

Do we have to address the application to Mississaugua and ask that we want to apply in POLAND and not in Italy? (her initial application (IEC) was done in Rome , we used to live in Italy)

Pros:
In case of emergency and she needs to travel she can do it.
In May 2015 she has our nephew confirmation, and she wants to be there.
It's faster.
Right of appeal, even if I don't know why they should deny her (No criminal, good health).

Cons:
She will have to stop working after mid Feb 2015. So she will have 1/2 months of rest. (Does she need to apply for a visitor visa 30 days before the expiry date)
Does she and my son lose the Ontario Health? (we have to buy a private insurance for 2 months?)

I hope it's clear enough in order to receive some advice and/or directions.

Last issue, I'm a PR with no PR card but with 2 years and 1 month in the last five and a previous withdrew PR application accepted (I screw up last year with no consequences).
They said (Cic agents) that I have a red flag (because they figure out that I didn't meet the obligations at the time), but the lawyer said that the only thing that they can do is questions, interviews again questions to understand why I didn't meet the Residency (in the previous application), but they can look exclusively at the 5 years previous the date of the application.

Anyway I decided to don't apply for a PR card, and in the worse case scenario that someone of my family in Italy has a serious issue that require my physical presence there, I will leave the country with all my documentation to prove my presence here in the last 2 years and I will apply in Rome for a Permit to travel.

What do you think?
Do you see any potential problems in my picture?

Thanks a lot to all.

Your answer usually help me to sleep better.

As long as the person to be sponsored has a visa for 1 year or longer in the US, they MAY apply and ask for Ottawa to process their application, however, Mississauga may choose to go ahead and send that application to the VO of their originating country as well. It's kind of a crap shoot, but the person MUST have a visa valid for no less than 1 year in the country they are hoping to process from.
