Yes, submit an update of what you previously provided. The more updates of concrete things, the better - nohting wrong with your 'social' udpates, but specific plans, arrangements for moving/places to live, schooling, jobs, admin arrangements, etc.

Unfortunately, 'background check' is the part of the process with the biggest variability. Since your app is only from May, nothing to worry about, just uncertain how long it may take.

When I logged in our GC key account to see how to upload this requested document I see under Optional documents they have created a slot named Replacement Needed/Client Information. Believe this is just a generic upload slot they use for asking additional docs?
Though,the letter says I need to provide my detailed plans of re-establishing myself in Canada to support my spouse.

Don't know but I'd assume this is the spot for upload.

I applied for Outland Sponsorship on July 8th and Received AOR on August 12 but today is 25th and no update at all, not even biometric request or sponsor approval. Is this normal?
