I believe she has no restrictions to leave or travel, if we go for inland procedure. My only concern is how long its gona take to get open work permit for inlaw
There are no restrictions per se on travel for inland - except that sponsor and applicant are required to live together throughout the process. In practice, short trips ok. (No def available of short trips).
Therefore, simple safety: go outland if applicant expected to need to travel, or wants flexibility. There are few advantages/differences to inland now anyway.
you can check processing times reported here for open work permits. It can be long-ish. If working from first day is important, wait until PR is approved before coming here.

Can someone please share how they compiled evidence of chat or calls for outland spouse? It is fine to send evidence of WhatsApp chat on my husband's phone alone or i also have to include screenshots from my phone? Is evidence from one spouse okay?

Hello Has anyone ever received exemption from china police certificate. We have reached out to multiple agencies they have said the police need a character letter for the universities. We have emailed the university multiple times without a response the agencies have called and the university refuse to release information to the agencies we dont know what else to do. just apply the police certificate online or from the police station your household registered. you dont need a character letter and you dont need an agency, you apply it by your self.
Hi all, I submitted a common law spousal sponsorship application and received an AOR. Upon reviewing the requirements, I realized I forgot to attach a certified true copy of the original birth certificate but only the certified translation. I plan to submit it tomorrow on the webform after I get it notarized. Does anyone know if the application will get refused or if the officer will look at the newly submitted documents via webform and accept it?
If you received the AOR, it means they will not send it back to you. They may follow up foranything missing. Your suggested approach is the right way to proceed.
