Thank you! We will apply outland. As said above, there really is nothing to double-check. Immigration law requires you to cohabit in Canada throughout the inland process. There are no employment exceptions.

Sounds good. I’d like to get the application submitted before that, because I want to get the ball rolling, but I’ll start thinking of that stuff.Yes, you can use those proofs. You can also look at jobs for your spouse, places to live, get shipping quotes, start transferring money/assets etc.
Thanks, but how long will it take? Weeks? Months? It can take awhile before your account is updated.

Am I allowed to move back before her application finishes processing, or do we have to return together?
Either. There is no set time. Thanks, but how long will it take? Weeks? Months?
Give a selection over the whole period, i.e. every third statement.Hi guys,
I received an email from IRCC that requires additional documents to prove our cohabitation. I have a question here: say I am going to provide joint account statements, should I give them all 12 monthly statements before they received my application or just ONE oldest statement that I am able to find?
Thanks!
It means the app is in process. Are you a Canadian citizen or PR?I sponsored my wife in August
Application was submitted in August in Canada and wife was in home country (out of Canada). And my wife was in 7 month pregnant and gave delivery to baby in october. And by end of October got request to provide baby documents and birth certificates. And sooner received medical request and biometrics.
In system it's shows medical and biometrics received.
But after day it's shows in process and now from Jan 8 it's shows request for documents but in system shows in process.
But what documents it doesn't shows........
What it means and I am with my wife after delivery not in Canada.
It's my 5th month , I m out from Canada as no one was der to care for my wife.
Thanks!Give a selection over the whole period, i.e. every third statement.
Not quite the same thing. I would submit both ways to cover bases. Thanks!
I just submitted all the additional documents. But as I return to my application centre, I found a link shown as "view submitted documents or upload documents". This link brought me to another page on which a column indicated that proof of relationship is required. There was a button on the side which allowed me to upload documents. Instructions said documents could include marriage certificate, birth certificate, statutory common-law declaration etc., the deadline is the same as the one written in IRCC letter.
However the official correspondence only asked me to upload documents through webform. Are these two essentially the same thing? Should I upload again?
I'm not sure what you mean. She can show her payslips and get a letter from her employer. That's not the same thing as an NOA. Does she have an NOA?Please some one should help with an answer can my wives work place issue her an income statement? And what does it looks like she started working in October and planning to sponsor me this month the sample I have has ADP written on it with her pay slip and hours work but it’s just for since she started working in her new place ... please I want to know if this is the right and appropriate document and if it must be for a year and if it’s the same thing with a notice of assessment.
