OK, I had a really hard time deciphering your message. Regardless, there shouldn't be an invoice information. Unless you're making LVO pay for your shipment, at which point, they will refuse to accept the package.

Send it through FedEx or DHL. They know the drill.

That's really strange. You should contact TCS in Lahore and check with them if they weren't trying to ask for any drop-ship payment. Can your spouse send the information from Canada --> London instead? Using Canadian courier service?

thats strange, i have sent my add documents to LVO via TCS and it had been delivered in 4 days there was no such issue.
you should contact with TCS and ask about it.

I know TCS Inside out. There is no TCS London. Recently TCS did joint venture with UPS. so it is UPS delivering in London. I also sent my package on Monday and it was received on Wednesday. Just give me your consignment note number in private message and i will get enquiry on this. also, tell me what address did you write on it and what did your letter said exactly. mine said, "send it to address below", and i wrote in the name of Immigration officer with UCI and APP number written on the front.

thanx a lot for nice opinions. from UPS Website i come to know the exact reason. i actually send photos, wedding videos and other additional documents. UPS imposed more taxes on it and its written the recipient will pay these taxes. thats why london visa office refuse to take it as UPS demanded money (tax) from them. very strange i already payed about 4600 pkr in tcs lahore office now i think i have to pay these additional taxes too to deliver documents.
