My wife received email from CIC about sponsorship approval on 23rd of September.But in ECAS it says We sent you correspondence on September 26, 2016 about the decision on your application. Is it normal?

Yes, just checked, my sponsor (spouse)'s account is also updated with this line, date is of 1 day after he received SA email.
Now that we have the SA, they are still updating the Sponsorship Application status. :/

Saath wala column bhi update kardein...

Yes, just checked, my sponsor (spouse)'s account is also updated with this line, date is of 1 day after he received SA email.
Now that we have the SA, they are still updating the Sponsorship Application status. :/

The website only shows the web form link (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp) to contact in case of the following:

• ask about an application that has passed the normal processing times
  update or provide additional information about an application
  report a technical issue

Do you guys receive LVO contact details when file is transferred?
