Why to involve MP?

I guess its good if u can land before 30 aug.. Before ur upfront med expires.
It will be smart n smooth process..
But incase have ur remed done side by side
U never know what cic can do to u..lol
Just do both the things in parallel.
Anyways its good news so congrats..!!

Hi Did anyone apply for visit visa for spouse after sending the spouse application for PR and it got approved. As I have heard chances are very bleak to get Visit visa for spouse. Long waiting time is killing. Any suggestion to apply for visit visa for spouse ?

Well if they ask to land before 30 august then i think there is no need to do a remedical.
hey flx and landing_PR isnt it so exciting to finally see something going on. Looks like inshALLAH by the end of july we will hear something good for us.

On June 14 we receive re-medical request even my wife medical is expiring in August. we got the date for re-medical on June 29, that's tomorrow
Just now
we got an other email from LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca
saying this.


"Dear Applicant,



This application for Permanent Residence in Canada is almost complete. Please find a letter attached with full instructions on how to submit the required documentation.



Your permanent residence visas have been issued and are valid until 30 August 2016. This means that you (and accompanying family members) are required to land in Canada on or before this date.



We look forward to receiving the documents and passports within 10 days of the date of this email.

2: they directly ask passport "not copies"
3: Even online its saying still in process.

You don't have to do re-med for sure as they have issued the visa according to the expiry of previous medical, just proceed as they requested, congrats

Did you sent by courier or by email ?
We sent by courier but did not get any acknowledement for it... We sent voluntarily on delivered on 12-may-2016
