Urgent.... :'(


On June 14 we receive re-medical request even my wife medical is expiring in August. we got the date for re-medical on June 29, that's tomorrow
Just now
we got an other email from LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca
saying this.


"Dear Applicant,



This application for Permanent Residence in Canada is almost complete. Please find a letter attached with full instructions on how to submit the required documentation.



Your permanent residence visas have been issued and are valid until 30 August 2016. This means that you (and accompanying family members) are required to land in Canada on or before this date.



We look forward to receiving the documents and passports within 10 days of the date of this email.

1: Can someone guid me, should my wife go for medical????
2: they directly ask passport "not copies"
3: Even online its saying still in process.

Regardless of how confused LVO is in this case, can you not get your remed done tomorrow still?

if i were him i'd get my MP involved and just clear this up before proceeding. looks like LVO has been scrambling ever since their guys got back from the middle east.

Agreed. However, if I were him, I'd get my remeds done (just to save extra hassle if LVO changes their minds again!) and on my way back from getting remeds, I would submit the additional requirements. Right before doing some shukrana namaz of course!

Also, for curious souls: He is a late October applicant

I dont have a problem to do remedical. it confusing that in middle of it they ask for ppr

Yes you have to land before the expiry of your first medical or if you cannot land within 2 months then the safe side is to do the remedical tomorrow but i am not sure about this point because they have already sent you PPR and it says to land before 30 august.so not sure whether after ur remedical they will send you another ppr with an extended time or not
