I filed my case in September 2014.
Additional documents were requested in June 2015
Interview email and re medical request email was received on Jan 28 2016
Re - medical was given in feb, and interview on March 17, 2016.
Got DM on April 21.
PPR today, May 4th 2016

That means its 1 year and 8 months already
Is this time frame for everyone applying through LVO

Finally got PPR after DM on APril 21 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello dear All,
I got the notes second time, but there is no significant change. I want to call London visa office to ask the current status of my application as almost 1 year has passed since my application arrived in LVO. Can anyone guide me what is the phone number and what information i need to give them to pull out my information? Thanks in advance.

This is ridiculous! They are taking forever. Working on 2014 files now and already issued visa's tp 2015 applicants. Whoever has been hanged in middle will be stuck there forever. Pathetic LVO.

I am March 2015 applicant and still waiting for DM. re-medical was done in Oct also submitted additional documents in Oct. Ordered notes many time and no such progress i have noticed. A month ago sent CSE got reply that file is under review. I don't know what kind of review is this. Can anyone predict something about it? Please its really stressful

Have you tried contacting your local MP and making an appointment?

Yes, we did try to contact MP couple of times. Yesterday, my wife called at MP office and explained the situation and told them our timeline as well. A lady over there told my wife that she will email to LVO and get back to us within 14-20 days. This is the latest update which we have. Let's see.!!

Do you think should we write an email to Canadian Prime Minister and to Immigration Minister? If yes, what should I write them? Its been 26 months and still waiting.!!

Pls suggest. Tnx

Well, if the MP is not going to assist you - then I would consider this option.
Otherwise, my suggestion is to continue following up your case with the MP.

No i heard people getting their cases done in 9-10 months
Maybe it's different for male cases takes more time than female wife applicants

My visa officer is SNF (CD). Can you please tell me how much time he takes after sending additional documents? I have posted my additional documents today.

He takes too short tym after getting my documents.. But my situation was different .. Lvo lost my documents .. So after 3 month he told me about it .. Then i send all proofs .. SNF(CD) said send all documents again nd within one month i got remedical request .. U cn see my timeline on left side

i am 5th February 2015 applicant submitted additional documents and my wife and daughter visited last month and still no DM stressful for me and my family
