i am 5th February 2015 applicant submitted additional documents and my wife and daughter visited last month and still no DM stressful for me and my family

1-Please advise if Birth Certificate is must required? as I already have Marriage Certificate by NADRA and Family Registration Certificate from NADRA!!!!

2-My Nikkah Nama is already in English, Do i still need a translated copy?

3- Marriage Photographs print size and paper info? and also maximum number of photographs i can send?

1. No, I did not submit my Birth Certificate
2. No. i submitted English translation
3. send atleast 10-15 Photographs. Paste on a A4 Paper. and label it on the paper with picture attached above it.

No i heard people getting their cases done in 9-10 months
Maybe it's different for male cases takes more time than female wife applicants

Yes. some times they do. Its a matter of luck. Ive heard people, my relatives getting everything done in 4 months. Can you believe it.

I have received PPR and my passport is ready to transmit. Can anyone tell me if the pasport is to be sent to High Comission Islamabad or Consular Services Islamabad, or Visa application Centre Islamabad. It is not mentioned clearly in the PPR letter.

The email for PPR clearly indicates that the required documents should be routed to the local VAC, which in your case will be Islamabad VAC. They will send it to CHC, Islamabad for visa and COPR documents

I'm May 2015 applicant. I received my notes last month and it mentioned "interview recommend" under eligibility. VO officer asked to bring proof of relationship and original nikahnama during interview. I haven't got any emails regarding interview. I sent proof of relationship last week. Should I send them original nikahnama in mail? Would that help for faster processing as I'm not getting interview date. Plz help me. Thank you

You can send them if you want but that wont help you in getting the process faster. i did the same. but it didnt help either.

Does it mean that is it ready to pick? Or they send it to anyother place?

Does it mean that is it ready to pick? Or they send it to anyother place?


Yes, it means ready for pick up at VSF center and hopefully you will get call tomorrow. ;D

Yes, we did try to contact MP couple of times. Yesterday, my wife called at MP office and explained the situation and told them our timeline as well. A lady over there told my wife that she will email to LVO and get back to us within 14-20 days. This is the latest update which we have. Let's see.!!

Do you think should we write an email to Canadian Prime Minister and to Immigration Minister? If yes, what should I write them? Its been 26 months and still waiting.!!

Any idea? what does it mean when LVO says , "your application is in review queue".
