Medicals Expiry

My wife's medicals are going to expire on July 15, 2016. Should we get the re-medicals done voluntarily now and submit or should we wait till they ask us to?

Below is her timeline:

Application Submitted: August 18, 2015
Sponsor Approval/File Transfer: October 30, 2015
Upfront Medicals: July 15, 2015
Additional Documents Request: March 01, 2016 (Urdu Nikah Nama + English Translation) + Proof of Rukhsati & Walima
Additional Documents Delivered: On March 10, 2016 but they did not acknowledge yet in spite of sending them 2 emails.
???

Please comment. This is very confusing...

u have to wait until LVO request for re medical, also they dont acknowledge after receiving ur docs, so sending emails wont do much, as long as its showing on ur tracking that docs have been delivered n signed by some one it should be fine

You timeline is really close to mine with the same day medical and file transfer. I sent them an email after sending my documents and they took 28 days to reply. Hang tight. Wait for them to ask you for the medical.

Dont worry!

Scanned copy serves the purpose I sent few documents by email and they accepted n didn't ask for originals so that's fine!
I took my remedical on 7th n it's forwarded to cic on other so they r again working with a very slow pace...
Let's hope for the best! I am also in the waiting queue

My interview was on 16th March. And after how much time they probably call passport for visa.

Can I, as a sponsor, send e-medical receipt to LVO, on behalf of my wife? (through case specific inquiry)

My wife doesn't have access to internet, and I made photocopies of the whole file and supporting documents so I have a copy handy.

Min 3 weeke max 12 weeks.

I enquired from LVO for wife's PP, also enquired from CHC(ISB) for son's passport yesterday. No response from LVO. But CHC(ISB) replied that my son's passport might take another 10 days to receive it from Canada and then they will mail to us via courier.

Just waiting.. Waiting game continues.

In Kachehri. Go to any Notary public they should be able to provide you a certified English translation of your Union Council Urdu Nikah Nama.
Send Canadian High commission the original Urdu as well as the certified English copy.

Sorry for the confusion haha back in 2k, I was only 13 yrs old and was being sponsored as a dependent child. . That's when my whole family moved to Canada.

And yes, don't worry about remedical for now, you have ample time.

U have marriage registration certificate!

The one u will get after translation will be labeled as "marriage certificate " it's the most important document... it has all the name of witnesses of nikkah... that's the main difference between MRC and MC!!!

Do it n email them if u haven't already sent them with ur application package to avoid delay!
