Re: Admission Canadian University It depends where in Canada are you planning to move to. I would suggest to get a transcript of courses that your spouse already completed in Pakistan and then go to Comparative education services department of University of Toronto and get a letter from them...

Re: Admission in a University For travelling within canada, you don't need PR card. For work search you only need SIN number that you can get @ the airport. So the answer is yes you can travel to Vancouver and search for work and start working even without a PR card. Hope it answers. -Tahir
