haha come on man 91 days since my interview they have done nothing even I have ordered notes and got reply from them as well they admitted that our relation , ruksti everything is genuine we were looking ease and happy in the parent photos
and the reason of interview was we were looking uncomfortable in the wedding pictures
can u believe it.......?????

As now they are satisfied with you Relationship, now what is delaying your case ? Are they doing background Checks ? When you got interview letter is it written on it that decision will be made at interview time . In my interview letter it was Written . Backgrounds check are done before interview or after ?

my question to everyone.if they ask additional documents to prove your relationship and marriage genuine is it cause delay and if it is delay then how much time they will take for eligibility and DM.what about other checks like background and security. is they start after eligibility pass?after sending these documents how much time they will take for eligibility check. its now 9 month total and sending additional documents 3.5 months. i am just wondering where is my application now is they clear my eligibility

Awwww dont be sad. did you order notes? only notes can tell you where your application stands because for every application the processing time is different. u can see in the spreadsheet some gets decision made within a month after document request some after 3 months. so it differs from case to case. i would suggest you to order notes.

If they ask you for the proof of your relation than this means that you are stuck in the eligibility. after the eligibility is cleared they will start doing the background checks and security checks. and no one here can tell you the exact time for this process. its just my guess that since 3.5 months have passed, they will be working on your background and security check. i suggest you once again to order notes
