It's been 9 months since i moved to Canada from Spouse sponsorship AND CIC HAS NOT RETURNED MY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS. My education degrees and everything.
I have enquired them so many times but got no response.
What should i do? I am really upset

wow that's really upsetting. ab hum sub ne itnee originals ese beydharak deydi issi yakeen se ke obv we'l get em back. its not always that easy to make originals again & again. ab jino ne soon land kerna hey wo ab kya bar bar board & nadra office ke chaker lagate phiren ke udher jaa ker original docs to milne se rahe, god!

Call IOM at 051111466472

It will take some time and person should keep patience for quite some time to hold on the line...in my case it took only 5 minutes
Other thing is u send them an email at canmedpk@iom.int. forward them the email u have received for remedical, ur passport number, full name of the applicant, date of birth, contact number etc... request for early appointment they will schedule ur appointment. U can ask them if u r on call if it's available in lahore/ islamabad earlier. schedule that or other way around as well if traveling is not a big issue for ur husband.

It's not that lengthy procedure or may be I was lucky that day!

thanks! for the info; when did u have ur upfront meds done tho? just wanna see how far were u from expiry when they requested a new one.

Mine was expired in December 2015...

I received the reply very next day of my email but meanwhile I got my appointment scheduled by fone call...

I did it through fone call so can't guide u about this...
But they don't send u automated response rather they reply to every other remedical request...so I am sure u can ask for different available options (dates) through email as well...

My medical will expire on 6 July.. Hope before 6 July will get ppr
And my VO name is LJF.. And on 20th feb he asked for the orignal nikah nama.. Since than, no updates yet.

hey hs64 my meds expire on 31 aug too. hoping it winds up before that! :-X u know ur VO, so im asumming its thru the notes; when did u order them?????

She was dark complection with glasses her hair style like African style.

That's the one who conduct mine . how was she with you ? I mean rude , frank etc .. ? what she said you at the end of your interview? did you take your Passport and passport pics ?

With me she was not rude at all but very co-operative, at then end of interview she said i will e-mail decision . she returned my passport and tell me that she will go through the documents that I've submitted to her during interview .

Your E-cas is showing Decision Made, when you click decision made does it show you that

'' We sent you a letter on XXX . Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us ''

I've a question related to medical examination for spousal sponsorship :

What if the the sponsored person wants to send his/her medical examination report with application package? Can they sent that? because as per my understanding, we need to have a medical request paper from CIC in order to get the appointment with any designated/CIC approved doctor? Please correct me if I am wrong.

Urgent response will be appreciated.

The Applicant's Medical will be done by the registered medical professionals. In Pakistan its done by IOM, and they themselves send the medical report to the CHC(Delhi-for Pakistanis Applicants living in Pakistan). IOM gives a Medical Conformation report, they cannot give the medical report itself. That Medical Confirmation report you can attach with the Sponsorship Application(that medical is called Upfront Medical)

Ok Thank you very much from prompt response. Since the sponsored person doesn't have any UCI right now, can they get appointment with IOM without that paper from CIC?
