Only difference is if u use sponsor person UCI then u will find all three columns thr applicant name..Sponsorship status and permanent residence status...u were worried coz u were seeing two columns that's y I wrote that...

Hey guys I'm new to this group and surprised how much informative this group is,I have a question I applied for spousal immigration in December 2014 and today I recieved original documents in the mail!! Is it a good sign ,any thought? Thanks

I am not expert and from what I gathered from these forums, you are supposed to receive all the documents after you had received your Visa. It might be a good sign in a sense that they are done with their file and don't need the documents anymore. I hope you receive some good news shortly!!!

Do not draw conclusions, just wait till CIC officially communicates with you.

Not necessary, can be anyone, who should know, about the child, you, and you family. Even you can be a guarantor .

I once guarantor of a child, but as our tradition, didn't know the child's mother's name; so the lady called from the passport office while I was living in Canada, and after some questions, suddenly she asked the mother's name, which I didn't know, nor did my friend told me. and the passport wasn't issued, and we had to rush at the office, and explained everything. there and than they issued the passport.

I live in Calgary and my wife and 15 months old son live in Karachi. I need a guarantor to sign the application and on reverse of one of the photo of my son. I am thinking to make my friend my guarantor who is a Canadian citizen and lives in Calgary. I am thinking to instruct my wife to send the photos of my son by DHL . I will have the photo and application signed by the guarantor and DHL it back to Karachi. My wife will mail it to the High Commission in Islamabad. In the application for my sons LVP, I (father) is the applicant. The guarantor knows me(the applicant) well but never met the child for whom the application is being made. Need your valuable thoughts.

Any body with similar situation please advise.

ok guys i need some information.. i am planning to travel to canada in may 2016.. i have received my passport with visa stampped.. i want to travel through emirates air lines. i want to stay for 4 days in dubai.. should i apply for visa for dubai or on arival i can receive transit visa for 4 days.. please guide regardin this matter...

Dubai is the best. Paradise on earth and you will live it. Tell the travel agent to get you a visa before you travel. Dubai visas are very easy to get. I wish I could find a job in Dubai. I will move there right away.

Normally after interview, how much time does it take to make positive Decision ??

I gave interview on 09 March 2016. Still waiting.. I m Depressed ???

Why are you making such a lengthy process for the guarantor? why don't you make some one from your family or from your wife's family be the guarantor? Uncles, aunties, grand parents.. anyone can be a guarantor.. just make sure that persons not only knows the child well but also can speak English, as CHC(ISB) might give a call to the guarantor..

My wife has the same timeline as your husband. They asked us for additional documents and no decision has been made yet. Congratulations that you guys got your case processed pretty quicK. I now regret why didn't I hire an immigration lawyer. I have a pretty good job and everything is normal in our case. I don't know why do they delay some cases unnecessarily.

You can contact them and ask them for clarification and explain them the situation. You will be better off of they send COPR to Pakistan office. As passports can not be couriered across borders. Best of luck .

Additional documents always in case delayed!

To see sponsor side you have to enter sponsor last name, dob and birth country.

I see you're July 2015 applicant and still in process, did LVO asked you for any documents?

yes they ask me more proofs for relationship and mariage i send them more pictures more call records and skype etc and now its 3 month gone they did not contact me i am waiting for ppr plz pray for me and others.thanks

If it makes you feel any better, my wedding was done at residence, no fancy hall bookings, no extremely lavish clothing and jewellery, very simple ceremony with about 150-200 people (and pictures show all these attendees). And due to a death of my cousin, our marriage was kept very simple, Walima was done on the same night.

Not everyone has money to spend. Not everything will go according to perfect plan. Not everyone's situation is the same. And as we talked about it before, I had decent amount of pictures, but still I had to ask my cousins and family to send me some more pictures.

Just trust yourself, trust your relationship. A lot of people are scared of the interview and as such but If you trust your relationship enough, if it truly is a life long relationship, then don't be scared one bit. Allah has found a way to unite us through marriage once, InshAllah he will find a way to unite us again.

If u got everything right in ur file then it will take 45 days max to get ppr.
I have done my interview back in January and m still waiting for ppr they have required some additional docs
