Hello Guys,

I have applied for PR.
My timeline:
Application submitted: 29th Feb 2024
AOR: 11th March 2024
SA: 11th April 2024
BIL Requested: 12th April 2024
BIL Submitted: 16th April 2024
Ghost update: 27th May 2024
On GCKEY: it says reviewing Eligibility and Background: Not Applicable
Whereas on Tracker: Background is in progress and eligibility has not started.

PA: Pakistani
Sponsor: Canadian Citizen
VO: London

Is there any information on when I will receive the medical Request and further process?
Shall I apply for TRV?

No harm in trying. You've already got AOR AND SA.

yes but don't know if it will be approved cause I applied once on the same basis but at that time I only had AOR.
There are many instances here, in this specific thread, where applicants with Aor and some without AOR got TRV.
Some are getting it within 20days!!

Id still suggest that if you haven't tried once (you have to live life and try it once....YOLO?).
You should send the trv application.
CIC is ambiguous and purposefully avoids creating patterns - otherwise applicants will learn it and start gaming the system.
Thats why i have stopped finding logic and policies behind CIC visa process, timelines and decisions.
